The presentation describes the basic elements of psychology and compares these to what we normally do in project management. It provides some simple suggestions for using psychology to achieve project success - its not the process it's the people.
This presentation will be conducted from Sydney, Australia.
Presenter, Diane Dromgold, is the Managing Director of RNC Global Projects, an Australian based organization which has as its sole purpose, execution of the plans of other organizations.
In the past 20 years, Diane has executed plans and strategies in many countries, across cultures, and industries. Diane has achieved this through face to face and virtual teams, in endeavors as diverse as biotechnology product development, IT system implementations, global product release, film production, change management programs, re-branding of businesses, and starting companies for groups of investors. |
